STEPPED CROSS FIELD
Stepped geometric forms generating divided cross motifs
MUSTARD & RED
DETAIL
Stepped geometric modules organize the surface as a balanced four-part composition. As these forms converge toward the center, divided cross shapes emerge through their intersections, structuring the pattern through symmetry and directional movement.
This composition draws from the geometric language of pre Columbian textiles. Its stepped forms and modular structures reinterpret elements commonly found in tradition while developing a contemporary variation of the pattern.
