STEPPED CROSS AXIS FIELD
Stepped geometric forms generating divided cross motifs along central axis
MUSTARD & RED
DETAIL
Stepped geometric modules organize the composition through strong vertical symmetry. Mirrored structures extend outward from the center, where intersecting forms generate divided cross shapes that structure the field. Balance and directional movement define the visual rhythm.
This composition draws from the geometric language of pre Columbian textiles. Its stepped forms and modular structures reinterpret elements commonly found in tradition while developing a contemporary variation of the pattern.
