Shipping
Orders will be prepared on business days from Monday to Friday. Orders are dispatched within 7 business days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Orders will be sent to the address given by the client. Anima does not take responsibility if the order fails to arrive because the information given by the client is inexact, incomplete or false or when the order cannot be delivered due to problems that are not related to the shipping company, such as when there is no one to receive the order at the address given by the client or if the order is retained by customs.

If the order is retained by customs, the recipient will have to bear the management costs. This condition is accepted when making a purchase. In those cases where the order has reached its destination and the client refuses to pay for the management costs, this import will be deducted from the refund of the order.
In no case is ANIMA responsible for the payment of customs management.
